    (2) If you cancel the activity after 11:59 pm Japan Time on the day before the reservation day or if you don't show up at all, you could be charged up to 100% of the total amount of the price.

    (3) Your notice of cancellation must be emailed in writing to be effective and you will receive the acceptance by email from Trip Insight Corp.
