9. reCAPTCHA v3

This website uses the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Inc., in order to protect the Company’s site from spam submitted on forms. This determines whether the individual submitting the information is a human or robot, and Google collects other data for this service, including obtaining IP addresses. The data customers enter will also be used by Google for this purpose. However, Google will not associate the IP address collected by the reCAPTCHA from the customer’s browser with any other data held by Google, and the data collection will be carried out under Google’s data protection regulations. 10. Service Providers

The Company may use third party service providers to facilitate the Company’s services and to provide the services on the Company’s behalf. These third party service providers have access to the customers’ personal data only to perform these tasks on the Company’s behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
